About Me

I started my career in Early Childhood Education by owning my family child care home in 1994. I attended the University of California and received my Certification in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on Supervision and Administration. I then owned and operated several Preschools and Infant Toddler Centers in California. In 2000 I received my Certification to teach throughout the Maricopa Community Colleges in Arizona where I was adjunct faculty for Central Arizona College. Most recently I am the Executive Director for Treasures 4 Teachers, a non-profit organization that supports education through reusable materials and supplies donated by companies, non-profit organizations and private donors.
My passion in preserving the environment while modeling and teaching it to our youngest children. By providing educational faith based lesson plans this helps to accomplish several of my passions all wrapped up into one.
Please contact me if you have any special requests regarding lesson plans or questions you may have.
I offer trainings and love to share information on reusing materials to teach children.
Peace and Joy,
Barb
